Delivery - When it comes to placing your materials exactly where you need them, we’re there for you. Whether you need sheetrock placed on the second floor, roofing materials put directly on the roof, or framing for a renovation in the back of the house (without destroying the flower beds), we put the materials you need where you need them. Since Quigley’s services such a large area we deliver in town usually within an hour of when the order is placed. On our smaller orders for towns that are a little further we have scheduled certain days to go, so the homeowners and contractors can count on us going on that specific day. On orders that are over $200.00 to those distant towns we go on whatever day the order is placed. Quigley’s Building Supply does not and will not charge for deliveries. We feel that free delivery is a service that we can provide to our loyal customers that keep us growing. We have everything you need to help make deliveries and your job go as smooth as possible.

Box Van – Our 14’ box van comes in handy for millwork items such as doors, windows and cabinets. It allows us to transport items near or far, strapped correctly to handle the bumps and frost heaves that the Northern Maine roads bring.

Flat Bed – The flat bed truck is the vehicle of choice for most of the deliveries. It allows us to carry a lot of product and get there in a time efficient manner to help keep whatever job going smoothly.

4x4 Truck – This truck does a lot of our in town deliveries and to areas that are a little harder to get to. As you all know, nobody builds on flat ground, especially in Northern Maine. Whether it’s on the top of a mountain or down in the bottom of a hill we can deliver the product where you need it. This 4x4 truck helps get the job done right.

Design Services – Whether a homeowner comes in with ideas or a contractor comes in with your client’s ideas and sketches to Quigley’s Building Supply. With the aid of our professional team we will design a bathroom, kitchen or whatever else you need that’s as beautiful as it is functional. Our design professionals have helped many custom builders and contractors by providing kitchen and bath plans that complement any home design. Best of all, our design planning services are free.

Fork Lifts – Our forklift will not only make deliveries in town when our boom truck can’t, but we’ll also go to any location within a 1-mile radius to unload your heavy pallets of product wether it’s from us or not for a $50.00 per hour charge.

Paint Services – Quigley’s Building Supply is one of the leaders in the Do It Best Corp. for paint purchases. We continue to be listed in the Top 10 list of all Do It Best in New England for paint purchases. In 2008 we were listed in the Top 20 for paint purchases in Do It Best’s single store locations, which includes 4400 stores in the United States and 45 countries worldwide.

Automatic tinting – Quigley’s now offers fully automated services that do automatic tinting. This allows us to ensure us that there are no mistakes and the product has been tinted correctly.

Fan Decks - We have listings of many of our competitors paint colors and can mix their color in our paint and ensure an exact match. We have everything from Martha Stuart to Behr.

Color Matching - We also provide a color matching service, which means we can match any color that you bring in as long as it’s the size of a quarter and put it in our high quality paints or stains. Whether it is a piece of fabric or from a picture in a magazine we can get you that color in our high quality Do It Best Paint or Cabot Stains.

Rental – Quigley’s Building Supply is not very big into the rental business but is looking into the possibilities for the future. We do have a small amount of items that we do rent out in the mean time to help Do-It Yourselfers or Contractors get the job done without purchasing items that they may only use a couple of times.

Insulation Blower - The WASP represents the best insulation blowing technology available, refined and enhanced with your ideas and suggestions. We rent the WASP for $50.00 per day if the insulation is purchased from Quigley’s and $100.00 per day when the insulation is purchased elsewhere.

Cabinetry Design - We carry a complete range of quality, brand-name cabinetry. Our experienced team of designers can generate a computerized kitchen plan that is both high-performance and within budget. We can work within an “allowance,” or fulfill your client’s unlimited wish list. Snakes – We rent two different size snakes to unclog those tough drains. We have a large 50’ snake and a smaller 25’ snake for the smaller jobs. Both are rented for only $4.00 per day.

PEX Pipe Crimpers – For just $10.00 per day you can complete those plumbing and heating jobs with the correct tools.

3/4" and 1/2" PEX Combo Crimper - A combination PEX ring crimper for 3/4" and 1/2". Crimps conform to ASTM specifications and is supplied with a go/no-go gage. Comes complete with a soft and comfortable grip.
Stainless Clamp Pincher Ratchet Tool - The PEX Stainless Clamp Pincher Ratchet Tool with a full cycle mechanism assures consistent watertight crimps, eliminating the need for a crimp gauge. Made from heat-treated steel for strength and durability, its compact design and lightweight frame allow this tool to be extremely versatile when used in confined areas. This PEX Stainless Clamp Pincher Ratchet tool can be used for 3/8", 1/2" 3/4" and 1" crimps.

Bostitch Repair/Warranty – Quigley’s Building Supply is now a factory authorized service & warranty center. Bostitch allows a 7-year warranty for pneumatic guns and 1-year warranty for air compressors to the original retail purchaser. Warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase and date required. This warranty covers only damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship; it does not cover conditions or malfunctions resulting from normal wear, neglect, abuse, accident or repairs attempted or made by other than our national repair center or authorized warranty service centers. Driver blades, bumpers, o-rings, pistons and piston rings are considered normally wearing parts. We also provide regular non-warranty repairs as well as stock and sell parts, accessories as well as new tools. As a Factory Authorized Service Center we are a experienced repair facilities that have been selected by, and are in contact with, the Stanley-Bostitch factory.

Key Cutting – Quigley’s Building Supply also duplicate any keys that you need. We have hundreds of blanks on hand to match nearly every key possible. We can also cut programmed vehicle keys that have special chips in them. All you need to do is order the key from your auto dealer and bring in the original and the blank you purchased and we can match it for you.

Screen & Window Repair – Quigley’s Building Supply offers screen and window repair for busted screens or broken windows. Our shop is set up to do aluminum and fiberglass screen repair or make you a screen from scratch. Perhaps your frames are bent or you’re just tired of looking at an outdated color and want to freshen up your look by changing to white frames. We also cut glass or plexi-glass to size right here in the store and if it’s a size that we don’t have we can have it cut and delivered within the week.

Pipe Cutting/Threading – Not only does Quigley’s stock all pipe nipples from close to 6” in both black and galvanized but we also carry 21’ sections of pipe and will cut and thread your pipe to the exact size that you’re looking for.
